Our Dornfelder is incredibly smooth & often been likened to the color of "squid ink." While this German grape is often used to blend with other lighter wines for both color & taste, we produce ours so you can appreciate this oft-overlooked varietal.
A true expression of the grape, this 2021 Pinot Grigio shows just how textural the grape can be. It has a nice grip and ripe aromatics that really set off the soft fruit flavors. While it can easily be paired with different cuisines, this wine is just as fun on its own.
