Winter 2025

A belated cheers to 2025 from your friends at St. Avalo Wines!  As we kick off a new year, we're excited to add a splash of color to your Winter/Spring with a club pickup party on February 15th. Join us as we get a new season kicked off with Tony Ybarra, local Santa Barbara guitarist.

He is one of the most sought-after Spanish/Latin guitarists on the west coast. He is an active composer and has 6 albums to his name. His music has been featured in movies and television shows including Dexter, Madam Secretary & the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He is currently a featured guitarist at Ty Warner’s San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, CA.

Your Spring 2025 club shipments will be awaiting you in the tasting room, featuring a newly released 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, our limited 2023 Rosé & a fan-favorite that is in short supply—the 2022 Gamay Noir.  This shipment reflects the lighter taste profiles for consumption as the weather begins to warm up.

Update to the website: we've also built functionality into our website that will help us action on our "Reserve Cellar."  This will allow club members access to wines we've stored away for longer aging or are in short supply & hot demand.  What this means for you (the club member) is to be sure you are logged in to our website when ordering to have access to the limited supply & of course your member pricing...just another reason to join the club!

Attention runners: The Santa Barbara Wine Country Half Marathon is around the corner on May 10th.  Have you been conditioning?  The first 2 runners to sign up will receive complimentary race entries & the following 4 will receive 50% off.  Please reach out to info@stavalo.com to provide your shirt size & style preference.

We hope to see you in the tasting room on February 15th, but for those we don't get to see in person—your shipments will be going out on Tuesday the 17th.  To order the Winter 2025 shipment, check out the 3-bottle or 6-bottle options.  As always, orders of 6 bottles or more enjoy complimentary shipping.
